JustaJerky, Inc. was founded by Eric and Rachel Simmonds. After years of making homemade beef jerky for friends and family members, Eric and Rachel wanted to start a business making their high quality brand of beef jerky with a wide array of deliciously different flavors. That dream became reality in 2008 when JustaJerky, Inc. "opened its doors" at the 3rd Street South Farmers Market in beautiful Naples, FL.
